Maybe a better question to ask is: What are PFAS?

The short, easy-to-pronounce answer: forever chemicals. The longer, hard-to-say answer: per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. No matter which one you go with, the impact on the health of people and the planet is equally bad. These über-persistent man-made chemicals are found everywhere, and they stick around for a very, very, very long time. 

We want to make a positive impact on the world, not a forever chemical footprint. That's why every shoe, boot, and sandal we make is PFAS free. Even our packaging.
